luce movie explained

I am Harriet. The movie Luce is a twisted ride that touches on everything from exceptionalism to police brutality to school culture to mental illness. Now, to your questions: 1) Is he evil. He understood how to exploit people’s blindspot to achieve his desired outcome. And as for the personal connection – about a year ago I adopted two boys out of Haiti. Luce ending explained Essentially, the film encourages audiences to determine a number of factors when taking Luce’s motivations and so forth into consideration. I would argue that Luce was manipulative, not evil. everyone acted their ass off, yet im not sure the movie was “good”, or even complete…. Spencer earns a huge laugh when she responds to Luce’s assertion that he’s never been called the N-word. (Which Harriet had apparently left there after finding them in Luce’s locker…right?). To watch DeShaun get taken down for nothing…and to see himself lauded…for nothing…he decided something had to be done. "She believes Luce should know and understand the systems of oppression in place that will confront him and come down on him. Wow. Those names never come up in the movie, but much of the depth in “Luce” comes from everything that’s left unsaid.
